I’m Tim East, and I’ve spent over 30 years in mechanical and electrical engineering, the last 15 of those focused specifically on heat pump installation for homes across Tenterden and the Weald of Kent. A lot of our work now involves converting properties away from oil heating entirely — tank removal, full system conversion, and a heat pump sized properly for the property, often paired with solar and battery storage for a genuinely self-sufficient setup.
