Our electric and gas installations are carried out by NICEIC and Gas Safe certified engineers, and we use an independent structural engineer to carry out building control checks at the end of every project and sign off the legally required certification. Fire regulations used to be a real frustration for homeowners, since they often require fire-rated doors as part of a loft conversion — we get around this using a special paint-on varnish that brings doors already in place up to the legal fire rating standard, saving you the cost and hassle of full door replacements.
