Complete Roofing Services Throughout Lincoln & Lincolnshire

Pitched Roofing Specialists

Linx Roofing carries out extensive pitched roofing work across Lincoln using both slate and tile. As pitched roofing specialists, we consider every factor from initial design through to thermal capacity, ventilation control and condensation prevention, ensuring your Lincoln roof performs optimally for decades. Whether you need natural slate to suit a Victorian property in Lincoln’s West End or modern concrete tiles for a contemporary home in Birchwood or North Hykeham, we source and fit high-quality materials appropriate to your property’s character and your budget.

Flat Roofing Systems Lincoln

We install two main types of flat roofing systems across Lincolnshire. Fibreglass (GRP) flat roofing creates seamless, waterproof roofs perfect for extensions, garages and commercial buildings throughout Lincoln. Our fibreglass systems are incredibly durable, UV resistant and come with long guarantees. For more budget-conscious projects, we provide quality felt flat roofing using modern torch-on systems that deliver reliable waterproofing for Lincoln properties. Both systems are installed by our experienced Lincoln roofers who ensure proper falls, drainage and weatherproofing.

Lead Work & Heritage Roofing

Many Lincoln properties, particularly period homes in areas like the Cathedral Quarter and surrounding conservation areas, require specialist lead work. Linx Roofing’s skilled craftsmen handle lead valleys, lead flashing, lead box gutters and complete lead roofing with the traditional techniques these beautiful Lincolnshire buildings deserve. We source quality Code 4, 5 and 6 lead, install it correctly using proper welting and bossing techniques, and ensure your heritage roof protects your property for generations.

Chimney Repairs & Rebuilds

Chimney problems plague many older Lincoln properties. Linx Roofing provides comprehensive chimney services throughout Lincolnshire including pointing, rebuilding deteriorated stacks, installing cowls and caps, and repairing lead flashings around chimney bases. Our brickwork expertise means we match existing materials and maintain the character of your Lincoln home whilst ensuring chimneys are structurally sound and weathertight.

Emergency Roof Repairs Lincoln

When storms damage your Lincoln roof or a sudden leak appears, Linx Roofing responds quickly with 24-hour emergency repairs. Our local Cherry Willingham base means we reach most Lincoln locations rapidly, assess damage honestly, and carry out temporary repairs to protect your property immediately. We then provide clear quotations for permanent repairs, ensuring your Lincoln home is secure without pressure or inflated emergency pricing.

Emergency roofing situations we handle across Lincoln and Lincolnshire include storm damage, missing or slipped tiles, flat roof leaks, chimney damage, lead theft repairs, and any urgent weatherproofing issues that threaten your property.

Velux Roof Windows & Roofline Services

Linx Roofing installs Velux roof windows throughout Lincoln, bringing natural light into loft conversions, bedrooms and bathrooms. Our experienced team handles the complete installation including flashing kits, internal reveals and ensuring windows are weathertight and thermally efficient. We also provide guttering services, fascia and soffit repairs, and general roofline maintenance for Lincoln properties.
