Windmill Skip Hire: Skip Hire and Waste Disposal in Liverpool and Merseyside

One customer needed three skips sorted across two different addresses in the space of a couple of days — the first filled and swapped for a second, then a third smaller one delivered elsewhere entirely. She told us afterwards that both drivers placed the skips carefully enough to leave room for her wheelie bin to get past on collection day, and called the whole thing competitively priced and very well communicated. That’s the kind of coordination we’re built for.

Skip Sizes for Domestic and Commercial Jobs

We keep two core sizes on the road: the Midi 4, a 4-ton skip suited to smaller building and garden clearance projects, and the Builder’s 8, an 8-ton skip built for larger building work. Both are available to domestic and commercial customers across Liverpool and Merseyside, and if you’re not sure which one your job needs, get in touch and we’ll help you work it out before you book rather than leaving you to guess.

Same Day Hire, When You’re in a Hurry

We know skip hire isn’t always something people can plan a week in advance for. Where stock allows, we offer same day hire — one customer called early in the morning and had a skip on the drive by 1 o’clock the same day, and another had theirs collected by lunchtime having only rung to arrange it that same morning. If your job’s suddenly urgent, it’s always worth a call rather than assuming you’ll have to wait a day or two.

Licensed, Insured and Properly Registered

We’re a fully licensed and insured skip hire and waste disposal company, registered with the Environment Agency as an upper-tier waste carrier. That registration matters because it means the waste you hand over to us is tracked and handled properly through to disposal, not just taken away and forgotten about.

What Our Customers Say

Word of mouth and repeat business make up a large part of how we’ve grown, and our reviews reflect that. One customer told us we were friendly, efficient and cheap, having used us for a couple of skips over consecutive weeks, and said she’d definitely use us again. A roofing contractor called us the best service he’d had in years and a great company to deal with. Another customer praised how smoothly a weekend job went: filled on the Saturday, a call at 9am Monday, and the skip was gone by lunchtime. Others have simply described us as friendly, reliable and easy to recommend to anyone who needs a skip.
